10+ years of experience in the hotel meeting, events and convention sales industry. Including contract negotiation, logistics coordination, event space management, food & beverage and audio visual management.
A combined 15+ years of event planning experience. From fundraising galas attended by over 1,000 guests, 5Ks with over 10,000 walkers to intimate masterclasses, high level board meetings and fundraising cocktail parties.
Extensive experience with vendor selection, performance monitoring and issue resolution. As well as event sponsor relationship management.

What types of events do you specialize in?Based on our experience we specialize in business event planning, meeting planning and retreats. We have a passion for business and entrepreneurship and love to support business owners in creating a next level meeting, workshop, masterclass or retreat. However with that experience we can also support in planning social events.
What services are included in your event planning?We can assist in as little or as much as is needed in planning your next event. Whether it's brainstorming a theme or coming up with an execution strategy to full on, hands on planning where we handle every detail. We can create a custom package that fits your event planning needs.
Do you have preferred vendors or can I choose my own?Over the years we have created relationships with vendors of various services and have a network to choose from. However you are more than welcome to choose your own and we can assist in managing the relationship with your preferred vendor if necessary.
How do you communicate with clients during the planning process?We can communicate via whichever contact form is preferred and works best for you. If you are local to Central FL, we can meet in person on occasion, discuss events via phone, zoom calls or email. We know that your time is limited as a business owner and our goal is to make your life easier, one of the ways would be in communicating via the contact method that fits into your busy schedule.
Do you help with marketing the event?Although we will share event content (as long as it's is approved by the client to do so), we are not responsible for ticket sales. We are happy to promote any event that we are planning however planning is our expertise which gives you the time to focus solely on event attendance and ticket sales.
How much are your event planning services?Our services vary based on many factors of the event to be planned. Some of those factors include: the date, the location, how many attendees, the type of event (For example: a one day workshop would be much less planning involved than a 3 day retreat at a resort). On our discovery call we would gather all the details of your event and create a custom offer and proposal based on your specific event needs.
